This sounds like a good idea. It would be fun to have some rival fans on our board, especially during game weeks. I visited that WAC forum posted above and they have some LU to the WAC talk going on. I may join it too because a couple of those guys didnt have positive things to say about Lamar.

The website link for Central Arkansas in the dropdown "SLC Fansites" tab in the main menu bar does not work. I think there is an incorrect reference of "bigredinsider.com/" at the beginning.

I think the correct link should be http://www.ucafans.com/forum/

(leaving out bigredinsider.com)

It's correct in the first post of this topic, but is incorrect in the main menu section.

By the way, the drop down menus are some of my favorite navigation tools to other sites. I always catch up on stuff here and then go to the other sites to see what is going on.

To go straight to the message board, I think the correct link is now http://www.katfans.com/forum2. http://www.katfans.com might be a good link to use though. It takes you to the main page of the site. From there, it's just one more click to the message boards.

I looked for fan forums. There is one on NCAAbbs, but it is dormant. There is also one on ESPN, but a userid and password is needed. I have neither so I can't check to see if it is active.

Thought I'd join the ORU sports forum yesterday to welcome them to the conference and to let them know about BRI since they will officially be part of the Southland Conference on July 1.

Just checking to see if anyone else tried to join the ORU sports forum. If so, were they successful.

I tried yesterday and made it all the way to the point of waiting on the confirmation email to verify a valid email address. It never showed up. I know the email address is valid because it's the same one I use here as well as on numerous other sports forums.

(I'm referring to the site CardAmbassador referenced last October.)

As far as emailing them, I haven't figured out how so far. They have a contact list, but so far the only contact method I've seen requires already being signed in. I'll take another look.
