The EC-6 Generalist program for early childhood through sixth grade teachers in the Department of Professional Pedagogy was recognized by the Association for Children's Education International (ACEI). It is one of only 11 EC-6 Generalist programs in the state to receive this recognition. The School Principal Certification program and the Principal Certification Only program in the Department of Educational Leadership were recognized by the Educational Leadership Constituent Council (ELCC), making the Principal Certification program one of only 15 in the state with this recognition.
