Rumor: Five Guys Burgers and Fries in PA

I heard a rumor that we may be getting a Five Guys Burgers and Fries in the old Sutherlands in the open spot next to Party City and Hobbie Lobbie. Thats an pretty big space so Ill believe it when I see it but it would be nice to get one locally. For those that have never heard of them here's a link to their website.
