Letters on the Berm

The day before the 1st game, September 2nd from 2pm to 4pm, registered student organizations will be allowed access to place their letters on the berm. Hammers and spikes will be provided to secure the letters. Each organization needs to be prepared to place and secure their own letters. Letters will be placed on a 1st come 1st serve basis.

If space is available, you will also be able to place your letters on game day, September 3rd from 10am to 11am.

We will meet on the back side of the stadium by the Montagne Center. Letters must be no larger than 8'x4'.

Tailgating Lottery

If your student organizations is interested in tailgating for our home football games, please go to link below. By filling out this form, you will be eligible to participate in the Tailgating Lottery on August 26th at 2pm in room 210 of the Setzer Student Center. A representative of your organization must be present to select a spot.

Football Tickets

If you are interested in sitting with your registered student organization for home football games, please complete the form below. You will have the opportunity to select as few as 1 game, or all of the games. The form is due no later than 12noon on the Monday prior to game day.

Tickets will be available for pick up by a chapter representative on the Wednesday prior to game day after 2pm in the Office of Student Affairs in 115 Wimberly. Chapter representative must be either the president or a designee of the president. Designees must present written permission from the president to pick up the tickets.
