I bought season tickets this year and open my package this morning and no tickets. Got tailgate pass club entry bands and wrist bands but no tickets. Who do I contact to get them? Thanks

Call Landon Delage at (409)880-1715 or 880-8828. They can replace your tickets that are missing.

I didn't receive individual tickets either I have a card with my seat number on it, the back has a bar-code on it which I was assuming is redeemed for tickets.

If you have the card that is your ticket. When you enter the bar code is scanned and your ticket is considered used at that time so no one else can enter for that game with the same bar code. If you can't make the game and want to give your ticket to someone else to use there is a way to print the ticket and they can use the paper ticket but you will not be able to attend using your card.
