Hope he can play. TU was historically bad this past season.

Looked at the Tulsa stats and am not impressed. Coming from a team with a record as bad as Lamar's even though a better conference, had more turnovers than assists, playing about 25% of the game averaging about 2 points.

If you compare his stats to Jason Thirdkill, they are similar. Thirdkill averaged 6.6 ppg, and had 7 assists for the season while having 22 turnovers. Jason only made 2 treys for the season and FT was 66%..

They were both true freshmen.

They were both true freshmen. Knight played in eleven more games than Thirdkill. I am not trying to compare one player to another, just that this kid probably won't be a major contributor and unless his high school was a winning program, he probably doesn't bring a the mindset of a winner.

Katy Tompkins was 24-10 his senior year.
