Reports are surfacing that the Buffalo Bills are expected to hire new Lamar DL coach John Blake in the same capacity. Beaumont Enterprise's Danny Shapiro confirmed that the Bills contacted Coach Woodard requesting to contact Coach Blake, but Woodard said nothing was official yet. Would be a tough break for Lamar as it will be difficult to find a quality replacement this late.
The Bills have made it official and have hired John Blake. I guess at least we have Coach Woodard who played and coached the DL in the past as a fill in for the remained of spring practices.
I can understand Blake not wanting to and really not being able to pass on this opportunity, but Woodard and Lamar gave him a second chance and he bolted.You couldn't give us one year? My feelings, congratulations and the best of luck, don't let the door hit you in the ass.
