Cards got off to a slow start in the first half falling behind by as many as seven points before closing out the half on a very positive note. At the half LU is up by nine 44-35. Lincoln Davis had a very good first half, probably his best performance as a Cardinal.

Cards win 87-75, led by the seniors, Lincoln Davis with 23 points and a strong performance from Marcus Owens especially in the second half with nine points on three late three point goals.

The way this game started thought Cards might be in trouble, but played well as a team to pull away. Thought that Nichols could have tried to throw a full court press at us with their big guy playing goalie to stop breakaways. Bosha & Davis were the keys to the win. Also hit free throws tonight.
