Skinny1 Posted December 19, 2018 Share Posted December 19, 2018 Looks like we signed 10 players already. 4 offensive linemen, 3 defensive backs, 1 QB, 1 defensive lineman, & 1 linebacker. Also breaks down as 6 JUCO transfers and 4 high school players. Looks like a good start to me, but interesting that there are no receivers or running backs yet. Only one I saw of their signees that was on the Lamar list was McCray, big 2-star OL out of Ennis HS. Sam didn’t even announce any signings. Looked on KatFans and they only have 1 known commit. Also Wells (DB) from Beaumont United was not mentioned even though he was listed as a recent commit. Definitely concentrated on needs and size.
